When I think of Ajay, I always see his smile in my mind… Warm, kind, friendly smile, when it´s impossible not to smile back yourself… His smile was like the sun smiling to you from the sky in the spring time… It was this smiling happening every time when I was meeting him… We met only periodically, but I felt that he always managed to find so much time personally for me, he was so generous with his time, in his so busy schedule… When we met, he spoke so positively and so proudly about all people with whom he was working - just as he was so proudly talking about new achievements of his daughters… You could see that he really cared about people around him – just as he cared about his family… He was not managing people at work - he was truly leading them… He was eager to give to other people and this is how he was able to get the best out of them… He was so bright, so sunny, so energetic… and so… so young… It´s still impossible to believe that his path with us ended so abruptly and so fast… But he will continue to leave in our hearts… With tears in my eyes – I will always remember your smile, Ajay…
