People like you are so rare in this world. You have been an angel on earth. I am very sad you're gone. We will take good care of your little Olly, one of the many many many dogs who could only survive thanks to you and Graciela. Thank you so much for our little friend.

What a sad news to read that the Mother Teresa of the Slatina dogs has passed on after several days in coma.

Hope/ think she is reunited now with all the Slatina dogs that left the earth before her. May they be Guardian Angels for all the Romanian dogs that suffer so much.

Dear Teodora, thank you for everything you have done. A wonderfull woman has left us but heaven has gained an beautifull angel. I am sure you still will be watching over the Romanian doggies. May you rest in peace.

Lieve Theodora,

U was een heel bijzondere vrouw met een groot hart vol met liefde. Ik heb uw levensverhaal pas gelezen en bewonder u zeer.
U wist precies waar het in het leven omdraait maar belangrijker nog u heeft er ook naar gehandeld. Bedankt dat u al die honden zoveel goeds hebt gegeven. Maar zeker ook mij, u bent een prachtig voorbeeld voor vele mensen.
Ik wens u Gratiela en uw familie heel veel sterkte toe met het verlies van Theodora en hoop dat haar levenswerk kan worden voortgezet.

A special lady who took care of 500 dogs with love and passion.

Dear Teodora, I never known you personally but we did both love the Romanian straydogs. I think we have lost now the finest and strongest person in this war against indiference and no feeling for the life of an animal. We will miss her very much.

In a climate of indifference, you were not indifferent at all. You cared so much for your dogs. You were an example for your country, a great woman with a warm heart. We will continue, we will do what we can, taking care of the dogs of Romania. You have done a lot of work, now rest in peace sweet Teodora.
