Stephen Covey heeft mij laten zien dat je bewuster kan leven door je eigen principes (wat vind ik belangrijk in het leven) als uitgangspunt te nemen. Het ligt zo voor de hand en toch is het zo gemakkelijk om op de automatische piloot de verkeerde kant op te gaan. Ik zal Covey altijd dankbaar blijven voor de inzichten waarmee hij mij heeft bijgestuurd.

In 2009 maakte ik kennis met de 7 gewoonten van Stepen Covey.
Het heeft mijn leven enorm verrijkt.
Ik ben dan ook zeer dankbaar en trots dat ik het gedachtengoed van Stephen Covey door mag geven aan de kinderen op onze basisschool.

It was a great shock for me to hear that Stephen passed away. His work changed my life "in oh so many ways". I wish his family and friends a lot of strength with this loss

Thanks to the books of mr. Covey, I stopped waiting and started acting. He gave words to my 'uncomfortable feeling' that lasted for several years. My life changed after reading The 7 habits, about 7 years ago. To the family: ofcourse you will miss a man like your man and (grand)father. I hope you will also realize the enormous impact on so many people around the world. As long as he lived, he realy lived. There's no better way to thank our Maker...

Begin with the End in Mind. One of many guiding phrases, one of my favorites. Mr Covey's work touched hearts and minds, of 'rational' and 'emotional' leaders. His work has impacted many people, and helped many to find their way in life. I am grateful that I crossed Mr Covey's work and I will surely continue to honor his legacy.

I enjoyed your purity, sincerity, moral authority, your congruence with 'principle centered leadership', your playfulness and humor, your conscious presence, the way you expressed your appreciation to me.
So sorry to hear you past away.
