Onze Richard is op 7 juli 2021 overleden en wij gaan hem enorm missen. Zijn passie en gedrevenheid om het onderwijs naar een hoger plan te tillen heeft zijn levenspad bepaald. Richard was actief als leraar biologie tot aan hoofd van de school. Na een verblijf van iets meer dan drie jaar in India voor de Kunskapsskolan organisatie zou hij dit voorjaar al zijn kennis en ervaring gaan inzetten als directeur van het Staring College te Lochem en Borculo. Ondanks zijn ziekte heeft Richard tot het laatst de regie in eigen handen gehouden en afscheid kunnen nemen van mensen om hem heen. Our Richard passed away on July 7, 2021 and we will miss him dearly. His passion and drive to take education to the next level defined his life path. Richard was active as a biology teacher all the way up to Head of School. After a stay of just over three years in India for the Kunskapsskolan Organization, this spring he was about to put into use all his knowledge and experience as principal of the Staring College in Lochem and Borculo. Despite his illness, Richard was able to stay in control until the very end and say goodbye to those around him.
